CAN MAN LIVE WITH INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES?
Men! Offcourse can live and be happy with their individual difference, family difference, traditional difference, diet difference, language difference, etc. These differences had been part of us over the times and period, these could also be link to generations upon generation they could be norms, folkways, or biological traits generated and develop over the years by individuals, families and ancestral groups of people. •To down play them would be very difficult and putting it away could create a barrier which intern might result into conflict but we can live with them by means of Cooperation, mutual understanding and togetherness. This will then result into peaceful living as well as peaceful coexistence.

MAN IS AN INTELLIGENT BEING!
The word intelligent can be look at from these perspectives. Knowing yourself, Getting to know others and Knowing how to live and work with others. •Knowing yourself involves everything concerning your internal and external will power, example of the internal is such to know what will offend you easily and that which will not easily offend you. The external would be what am I doing that is an offences to others and how can I curtail such.
•Getting to know others is to watch out for those internal and external condition in knowing yourself and as well applied them to others.
•If we should know ourselves and get to know others then we are on the way to knowing how to live and work with others as knowing ourselves will help to bred peaceful coexistence, to conclude an intelligent being is one who keep on the positive track by leaning and adapting to any situation.

LETS WORK ON OUR ATTITUDE!
In trying to develop skills and attitude for peaceful coexistence we have to start with ourselves. As this will begin with self-control, understanding others and living with others, just as this inscription on a twelve century tomb reads! •When I was a child I thought I could change the world when I was a youth I thought I could change my country when I became married I thought I could change my family.
•Now! I am dying and I realize that I can only change myself and perhaps by changing myself I could change my family and then my country and finally the whole world!
•Remember everything begins with oneself, don’t look at people just begin when it is meaningful and interesting they will follow, you are the key to your success relative to altitude development and peaceful coexistence.

HOW DO WE FIND PEACE?
•We do not necessarily find peace because, we run away to a safe place where the rest of the world can not fine us. We find peace, when we over come our fears and over look the weakness of both the people we love or hate. To love indeed is oneness as the picture portrays. We find peace when we are able to face the challenge of each day with our mind set as a winner, looking at all obstacles as stepping stone (spring Board) which take’s us closer to our goals.

Man does not live with conflict but with differences!
•Could we ask ourselves who am are? And who is the next person?
•My like might be the dislike of the next person just to begin, this is how individual differences comes about let’s look at food and cloth.
•A neighbor love the following cassava, yam, and potatoes while another neighbor love rice, curs, and mix-meal this is what both families or neighbors have been living with considering their livelihood with this we can say both families have been living with a differences that is unique to both families or neighbors in this case they have to appreciate their differences by means of consideration. If this should be the result that will lead to peace but, if one family should go against the food of another family conflict will begins. Therefore in other for a peaceful coexistence to become the order of the day between neighbors, families, family members, children, boys&girls, youth, student&teacher, let’s appreciate and consider our individual differences which are not our fault.
•Note individual difference comes along with our traditions and cultural back grounds that reflect the environment where we live all our childhood. Remember! Were we born with special food or cloth (dressed)if not then all we need to consider is live by adaptation in other to maintain peaceful coexistence among ourselves but, with reality if only we could try eating our neighbors diet (dash) for about a week we would begin to like it and little love it.

Greed causes conflict!
Nature has provided divers support for life on this planet and the planet is unique to support life but, it is left with man to explore those possibilities in order to gain the support they need for life. To get this support you have to work towards the kind of support you need in order to sustain the life you want to live. Just as there are divers support provided by nature to sustain life so is divers support needed to sustain the kind of life you want to live. Remember all do not have the will power to work towards life sustenance. Lacking this will power brings in the idea of storing up and packing for tomorrow, this is how greed comes in not withstanding storing up and packing up is not going to help in any way your sustenance depend on the kind of life you want to live (maintain) if you must live a fabulous life you should be able to work towards that and if a simple life you must be able to work towards that because storing up or packing up won,t help in any way but lead you into a greedy living. Please don’t be afraid there’s enough nature have provided for our ware being, you don’t need to store up neither start packing up inorder to save guide yourself there is enough in the world to feed, cloth, and shelter you so please don’t allowed greed to take over you. •Greed will make your neighbors, friends, families, work mates etc to see you as wanting every thing as if you are the only one who have family life to support (sustain) from your action of greed conflict will begin that might drag you into conflict with neighbors, friends and families. There is enough don’t allowed fear to lead you into greed, just work towards your sustenance daily as this will lead to peaceful coexistence that will bring joy and happiness to your family and every one.

Walking The Road Of Peace Not Managing Peace!
It is incredible to manage peace and burdensome what we are to start thinking about now! Is to begin walking towards peace. How can we start we can begin by developing the skills and altitude of peace. •What could we consider skills and altitude of peace with these and their proper application offcourse then we have begun to walk the road of peace. In the achievement of peace some time we consider peace ordinary from normal life where as peace goes along with our daily life and is part of every thing we try to archived such as living together, working together, playing together, you name it. In other to walk the road of active peace that will allowed togetherness, love, joy and understanding as you can see in the picture then offcourse we have to develop the needed skills and altitude and not try to manage peace because its part of our daily life!

Can we add or subtract any thing to or from our make up!
Nature is distinct and every one animal or human being is made differently some were made tall while some were made short at the same time some are slim and others big. •This also goes along with behavioral pattern some are slow to act and others are fast to act some are weaker and some are stronger some are slow to speak-out and others are quick to speak out some are temperate minded and others are calm minded these make up are unique behavioral stile that are part and passel of every one, which offcourse we do not have control over and can do nothing about but some time we go against one another for these unique behavior that each and every one of us have no control over and this leads to confusion that leads to conflict.
•Do any one of us have control over any of the above unique behavioral pattern if not why not consider one another behavior which offcourse each of us have no control over. Please let us not go against one another for our different behavioral pattern these behavior are part of our natural make up created along with us by nature. We can do nothing about these but to accept one another’s behavior just as the saying goes (you can’t squeeze blood from rock) and another saying goes this way (you can always put what is in your hands down but not what is in your blood down) these saying are considering our make up, so let’s accept one another as well our individual differences.

CAN WE BUILT THE ATTITUDE OF PEACE ? •
Yes we can built an attitude of peace as well developed it!
•Here are some tips on how we can start.
•One by greeting our neighbors and friends two by caring on basic community work, along with our neighbors and friends three accepting our neighbors and friends in their present condition four cooperating with our neighbors and friends in what ever is been under taken with in our neighborhood such as making contribution, donation and shearing the little resource we have with our neighbor in need.
•In other to build the altitude of peace you must consider others as you consider yourself, in other words do unto others as you want them do unto you. This is meant by considering their dislike and their like, show mutual respect for others in all your dealings as well develop trust and confidence among one another.
•If we can start from here, then we can take this along with us at our work place to school and to our business place. Every person have a good moral attitude but, we some time react negatively which we should not consider bad because at that time we were some how under some kind of pressure or face with pressing issues that get us under stress and this stress led to tension which cause us to react negatively. At the time of our negative reaction we didn't even know whether our neighbor was also under tension at the time we were reacting negatively and if they were also the both neighbor will clash resulting into conflict but in the case where we should develop an altitude of peace, if our neighbor is reacting negatively we should come down and react positively by either saying I am sorry or I didn’t really meant that! Oh I am sorry. This would reflect an altitude of peace, little on when all tension have gone away then we can clarify issues and enlighten one another. It is difficult but if we should build the attitude of peace one should make sacrifice infarct to realize active peace there must be a gave away or sacrifice. We can make it mothers, children, boys and girls and leaders!!
